    1. Laaz is sporadic with the forum. He took a break about a year ago and the forum came to a halt for a while. When he came back he may have changed the settings so that moderators can approve membership. It took me several weeks to join. I would have given up except that Stan Mckenzie of Mckenzie Farms told me to keep trying. The most enthusiastic members outside the US also belong to the citrus forums of their own countries, and some are moderators on citrus.forumup. One of those is Sylvain on the French Forum. Join one of those and contact a member who is also a moderator on citrus.forumup. They may be able to help
